This month we’ll seek out the mushrooms that live in our neighbourhood. We’ll explore some of the ways to identify them, listen to the sounds of nature and fill a one-page sketchbook with words and scribblings as we go.
Balanced with moments of mindfulness, visit familiar places through new eyes, making time to play and taking moments for mindfulness.
Walks are for adults, whatever your experience (or lack of) of nature. They are free of charge but a £5 donation supports more walks to happen.
