It’s harvest time! We’ll make our way slowly through the park, exploring the colour that can be found in nature’s bounty – from berries to leaves and onward to natural inks, there’s a vibrant feast to be found!
Balanced with moments of mindfulness, visit familiar places through new eyes, making time to play and taking moments for mindfulness.
Walks are for adults, whatever your experience (or lack of) of nature. They are free of charge but a £5 donation supports more walks to happen.
